Wildlife Awareness - South Africa

Travel to South Africa’s iconic bushveld and discover the Big 5 and more when you join this conservation awareness project in protected areas/ reserves of Limpopo and Mpumalanga.

You will learn about the local ecosystems, how to identify animals and their behaviour as well as touch upon various topics from the local history and fascinating plant life of the area to astronomy for a well-rounded base of conservation knowledge.

Highlights include:
Learn to track animals, survive in the wild and navigate by the stars when you embrace your adventurous side. Learn about the challenges facing these delicate ecosystems  and get a chance to get up close and personal with some of Africa’s famous wildlife.

Expect costs around $1400/wk, for a 2 week minimum and include the following:
